For burns wound in early stage, the fluid in blisters on the wound should be drained by breaking the blister wall with scissors at a low position or extracting by injector.

The blister wall should be retained after the drainage and then apply MEBO on it.

After the blister wall separates from the wound after 3 to 5 days’ application of MEBO, the blister wall can be removed gently with forceps or a piece of gauze.

Then MEBO should be applied on the wound immediately, avoiding the exposure of the wound to the air.
