Objedctive: To investigate the efficacy of MEBO in treating Urinary tract pointed condyloma in conjunction with microwave surgery.

Urinary Tract Pointed condyloma is a common sexually transmitted disease. It was caused by human papilloma virus disease.

Common treatment for Urinary tract pointed condyloma: surgical resection, microwave, laser and cold therapy, etc.

However, these methods will cause injury wounds, especially surgical treatment of urinary tract pointed condyloma, easy bleeding, postoperation adhesions,and would healing was not easy and so eay to relapse.

Method: 30 cases of urinary tract pointed condyloma were treated with microwave and then MEBO was applied. The efficacy of MEBO was compared with that of Erythromycin Ointment.

Results: MEBO is superior to Erythromycin Ointment (P<0.01).

Conclusion: MEBO has good efficay in treating urinary tract pointed condyloma.
