MEBT/MEBO Treatment for Superficial Third Degree BurnsApply "skin cultivating and tension relieving" method to relieve the pressure of necrotic skin for deeper tissues. Apply MEBO to protect burn wounds and facilitate the transformation of potential regenerative cells into stem cells. Liquefy and discharge necrotic dermis tissues under the function of MEBO, cultivate new skin tissues in situ to cover wounds and form new skin tissues to allow wounds heal naturally. 1. Superficial III degree flame burn on face. No pain. No exudates.  2. Cultivate and decompress on burned skin with 'Plough Saw Blade'.  3. After cultivating, tension is decompressed and some red liquid exudates emerged. Then smear MEBO directly.  4. On 12th day postburn, necrotic tissues are liquefied and discharged under the action of MEBO.  5. On 18th day postburn, necrotic skin is liquefied and discharged. Absorb liquefied products with gauze. Pay attention to protecting fabric isolating membrane on wound.  6. On 27th day postburn, some part of wounds is repaired to heal while the other parts are still in recovery process.  7. On 50th day, new skin regenerate and wounds heal. Apply MEBO as protective ointment for 15-30 days.  8. On 72nd day postburn, all III degree burn wounds are repaird to heal physiologically.
