Chenxia Liujunzi Wan works by tonifying Spleen Qi, transforms dampness, expels phlegm, and descends Stomach Qi.

It should be noted that the consumption of cold liquids and raw, cold foods have been linked to Spleen Qi Deficiency.

Since your Spleen Organ System requires warmth and dryness to function properly, a standard reduction or avoidance in relation to a cold, raw diet may be of assistance.

The use of the Chenxia Liujunzi Wan can help in warming your Spleen Organ System by increasing your appetite and moving both blocked Qi and phlegm [sometimes considered one in the same].

Decreasing by transforming the amount of phlegm in your body and correcting water metabolism may help to correct health at the cellular level relieving cellular stress and increasing the immune levels of your body such as with anti-body, leukocyte and lymphocyte production.

Balancing your body's correct use and excretion of water is paramount as seen through the eyes of Chinese Medicine.

Spleen Organ System is responsible for keeping Blood within your systemic/vascular system, creating a lifting energy of your body while descending the Stomach Qi for proper digestion.

This will translate to assisting to all our your internal organ systems including: the rectum, urinary bladder and uterus [improving incontinence] and the thinking, concentration and memory processes by properly transforming fluids.

Their have been volumes written on the Spleen Organ System as pertaining to the Chinese Medicine perspective. The Golden Triangle being Qi creation, Blood formation/transportation and proper Water distribution starts with the health of your Spleen Organ System.
