How long does the shipping take ?
It depends where you live.
Standard we send everything with registered airmail, to Australasia/Europe this takes 1-2 weeks, to USA 2 - 3 weeks.
 
Sometimes it can take longer if customs keeps a packet for inspection.

Are your products FDA approved ?
Yes, all our products are testes and approved by the China FDA.

Can I import your products without any problems with customs ?
Normally, yes. As all our products are made from herbs, they are not treated as (prescription) drugs. Sometimes however, customs will open a packet for closer inspection. This can cause some delay. 

I want to order 30 pieces of a product, but there is not enough in stock ?
If we just had a big order, it is possible that the stock for a certain product is low.
Please just send us an email with the product name and the number that you want of that products and we will take care for you.

What methods of payment do you accept ?
You can pay with PayPal. PayPal is a global online payment system and is a convenient, easy-to-use, and secure way for individuals and businesses to send and receive money online for goods, services, charitable donations, and so forth.
 
Can I mix herbal products with my traditional medication ? How safe are herbal products ?
If you are currently under medication, the best thing you can do before taking a herbal remedy or supplement is to consult your physician.
Keep the following in mind before using herbal products:

• do not use a supplement for an extended period of time; treating symptoms with a herbal remedy could mask the severity of an illness
• herbal supplements relieve associated symptoms, in most of times herbal supplements not cure an illness
• keep your physician aware of the herbal supplements you are taking
• if you are using herbal supplements as a preventive measure to maintain your health, don't forget that it is not a replacement for a healthy diet but an addition.
